Friday
Brief.

School newsletters parents actually read.

Or, if you are a parent: stop wading through them. Get one short weekly brief, colour coded for each child, with what you need to do and when.

Launching soon. One email when it is ready.

The weekly brief

The whole newsletter, in one minute

Long newsletters hide the few things that matter. We pull them out and put them in order: what is happening this weekend, what is coming next week and what needs doing before a deadline.

  1. We read the newsletter. PTA appeals, praise and other year groups are left out.
  2. We check your family calendar. Clubs, parties and who is away sit alongside school dates.
  3. You get one email every Friday. Clear, colour coded and easy to read on a phone.

What you get

Kit days as reminders

PE kit and non-uniform days are flagged as reminders, not mixed up with events.

Forms, photo orders, parents' evening booking: the things that need action sit at the top.

4

Your calendar, too

Clubs, parties and who is away appear alongside the school dates.

5

No noise

Optional sign-ups and clubs your children don't do are left out.

6

Reads on a phone

No app, no login. It arrives in your inbox and just works.

Questions

What is School Newsletters UK?

A service that reads your school's newsletter and sends parents a short weekly brief with the dates, kit days, closures and deadlines that matter for each child.

Does it work for more than one child?

Yes. Each child is colour coded by year group, so you can see at a glance what applies to whom.

Will it add events to my calendar?

The brief suggests calendar entries for one-off dates. You choose what gets added.

When does it launch?

We are building it now. Join the waiting list and we will email you once when it is ready.
